With the above criteria the following chart Came up:

Take note that this extract is actually updating in real time. When I made my first extract March 30, 2017, the price was below $4.00. Then it dived to $2.00 and just went right back up and hit $10.00. Now it is staying at $8.00. Isn't that amazing? My Criteria is working.
